1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using deltuh.com, including the Deltuh bot, charts, options calculator, book content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Educational Purpose Only
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. Deltuh does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. No content should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any trading strategy.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Access to certain features may require Discord authentication and membership in authorized communities. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid products, subscriptions, or third-party checkout links may be offered separately. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are disclosed at the point of purchase. Deltuh may modify pricing or product packaging with reasonable notice where required.

You may not misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping or redistributing data in violation of third-party terms, reverse engineering proprietary systems, interfering with service operation, or using the Services for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, and data presentations on deltuh.com are owned by Deltuh or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Data and Services
Market data, charts, and analytics may rely on third-party providers. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTUH AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deltuh from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, risk to the platform, or operational reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on deltuh.com with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction.
